- I wanted to introduce a mechanic that reproduces what it is like meditating, and this is kind of the result. Basically there are lots of damaging thoughts bouncing in your mind and the player needs to freed from them. My goal is to make players feel more relaxed upon completion, as if they had taken a short meditation session.
- Today I finished one of the puzzles of the game I'm making for Rayuela de Arena Jam. Basically the player must select a portion of an image so I've been struggling with units conversions (world units, pixel screen units and pixel texture units). But I finally made it and I think it's going to be cool :)
- I've made a Unity component that takes the text from a UI.Text component and fades it in gracefully. It required some work but I'm happy with the result. I want the experience of reading the story to be pleasant, and I think that presenting the text in this way fits well with the experience I want to transmit.
